Garren Realty is a family owned and operated real estate company that was established in 1977 out of Etowah, Tennessee serving McMinn, Polk and Monroe counties. Over the years our service areas have grown and currently include Polk County, Tellico Plains, Meigs County, Athens, Benton and Reliance.

Garren Realty represents buyers and sellers for sales and listing of residential, land, farms and investments. In addition, we offer mountain land, home sites and recreational homes.
